This brownstone needed its entry doors, bay window, and exterior openings replaced without altering its historic character.

With no formal drawings available, our craftsmen documented every opening on site to capture the fine details that define the home’s architecture. Each piece was then built from scratch, including a new bay window designed to fit the existing roofline. Simulated double-hung windows using vacuum-insulated glass and triple-gasket sealing were incorporated to significantly improve energy efficiency while remaining visually indistinguishable from the originals.
