Project Overview
This historic waterfront home underwent a full renovation, requiring every exterior opening to match the home’s character across a large number of custom units.
Oakleigh produced a complete set of lift-and-slide doors, French doors, Dutch doors, and a detailed garden gate. Each unit was engineered for smooth operation and tight tolerances across the entire project. To maintain consistency at scale, Oakleigh upgraded its production equipment during the build.
